DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICY

We are currently making deliveries every Saturday via contactless delivery. This is to assure our customers’ and team’s safety during these unprecedented times.

We are currently offering deliveries only to the following cities in the Greater Vancouver area, Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Langley, Surrey, Delta, and Richmond. 

Our drivers will knock on your door upon arrival and send you an SMS message directly upon delivery. SMS # will be used via the phone # you leave during checkout. Please be sure to leave a valid phone # during checkout so we can reach you when your order arrives. NOTE: If you are ordering surprise cookies for a loved one, please ensure they will be home at the time of delivery. If they are not home we will leave their order safely at their doorstep, however if they reside in an apartment, a pick up arrangement will need to be made with us as we will not be able to deliver on another day. 

 

Pick up option is available at Spent Ground Coffee Roasters (#108-19140 28 Ave, Surrey, V3S 6M3) every Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00pm and pick up is also available at our kitchen, Commissary Connect (#107- 8811 Laurel St, Vancouver, V6P 3V9) every Friday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Please ring the doorbell or email us/direct message us on Instagram upon arrival and we will come down with your box :)   

 

All online orders up to $39.99 will have the option of a $4.00 flat rate delivery to eligible cities in the Greater Vancouver area as mentioned above.

All online orders from $40.00 and up will have the option of FREE delivery to eligible cities in the Greater Vancouver area as mentioned above.
